Do you want to know what the feeling of "energia is"? The movement of Zouk Lambada inspired this piece taught by Eric Marrapodi. In this class you will learn some basic movements from the Lambada. You will feel connected to it's rhythm and vibe and we will be doing a FLASHMOB on Saturday at Adlenate Studios!
